What ideas do you have in your head ?

I suppose : many. Release them. Write them down on the paper or on the computer. Think what action can be done. Plan the tasks. Do what is necessary to do – start from smaller tasks. Check the results.

What if you don’t see the big picture? It happens. Then think: what do I want ? What actions will lead me to the results?

New day, new chapter, new opportunity.

if you have a question in mind : Why I haven’t done it earlier ? Why I haven’t thought about it 1 year ago, 2 years ago, 5 years ago ? – STOP – and replace it : Can I do it now ? Where I will be and with whom I will be next year ? What stops me to do it now ?

Keep going even if you don’t see results.

this is the hardest thing ever. Keep going. Don’t analyse too much.

Define what has to be done. Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages. Take Action. Don’t wait for a signal from someone or something. Check how it’s going. Evaluate and take action again.

Don’t be afraid to reinvent yourself. Sometimes it’s needed a few times in life.

Don’t focus on the past events. They are in the past. Think – what I can do with this knowledge ? If I have similar situation now, what I will do ? Will I use knowledge ? Will I check if the situation repeat ? Maybe it will be better ? Remove blockers from life. Blockers are like waste. Would you keep waste in your house ? Definitely no, so why do you keep waste in your mind ?

Clear head, clear mind. Find clarity in a new day 😀 You probably have a lot ahead you 😀

What defines you ?

if something sad or unpleasant happens to you :

  • will you keep self-confidence ?
  • will you keep trust to yourself ?
  • will you keep going ?
  • will you keep self-esteem ?

What gives you your core confidence ?

Maybe the fact that no matter of situation, you were able to handle it.

Do you know your needs ?

Do you have contact with your emotions ?

If you don’t know, observe your body. The body reacts, shows you what is missing, what is needed. Feel your body and your gut instinct.

Nobody knows you better than you yourself 🙂

How to regain your energy ?

  • having clean apartment & room
  • drinking water
  • having enough sleep – minimum 8-9 hours
  • having a good conversation with friend

How to keep going and stay motivated without instant, visible results ?

this is a question which is asked many times during early stages of change.

We start something with goal in mind, we would like to see the results instantly.

However there is a need to wait for results. How to stay motivated ? How to keep going ?
